Within this we have a high level of knowledge and multiple years of experience of both the local area and property. Due to this extensive experience and knowledge, we can also offer advice and guidance on any future endeavours you may have within your property journey.
What We Offer
We work individually with each landlord trying to tailor a package that meets your needs as a landlord. We offer a ‘hands free approach’ in which we maintain the property including the gardens, cleaning and fresh linen after each guests stay. We will also go in before each booking and tailor the bed set up to suit the guests needs, if this applicable in your property.
This package also includes marketing your property via our website www.myanaproperty.co.uk, a variety of online travel agents, a variety of contractor specific accommodation websites and our social media pages. We deal with all admins of the booking and hosting process, so you do not have to.
If you wish to be more involved within any of these processes, then we will work with you to ensure that you get that package that suits you.
