*What time is check in?* ⌚️
Any time from 3pm onwards.
*Where do we pick up keys from?* 🔑
Each property has a lock box. The code gets sent on the morning of arrival as part of a check in message.
*Do we need to bring towels?* 🛀
We provide all hand towels and bath towels as well as linen as part of your booking. We just ask you bring your own beach towels.
*Is there parking at the property?* 🚗
Parking varies property to property so you need to check the listing but all parking is free.
*What time is check out?* ⏰
Check out is by 10am.
*Can I have an earlier check in/later check out?* 🕰️
We always try to accommodate this where possible, sometimes this isn’t possible due to bookings and our cleanings preparing the property ready for the next guests.
*What if something goes wrong at the property?* 🏡
We give you two contact numbers and are contactable at all times during your stay. We prefer a text after 8pm unless it’s an emergency. Both numbers are provided in the check in message.
*Can we book direct with you?* 📝
Absolutely! We prefer it as we can give you a more competitive price than what’s out on online travel agents.
*Can we bring our dog?* 🐶
Absolutely! They’re a part of the family and we’re right next to the beach where they will love a walk as much as you!
